Teresa Macleod

Teresa Macleod, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Savvy Chic Laser and Aesthetic Spa. With expertise in aesthetic treatments, weight loss, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, Teresa is committed to providing individualized care for each patient. She is responsible for patient clearances for aesthetic procedures, weight loss treatments, and injectable medicines. Teresa also specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy using EvexiPel pellets to help patients restore hormone balance, improve well-being, and optimize health as they age.
As part of EVEXIAS Health Solutions, Teresa integrates functional medicine practices with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, creating personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s medical history, lifestyle, and health needs. Her goal is to help patients experience lasting wellness through a holistic approach.
In addition to her aesthetic and hormone therapy work, Teresa has seven years of experience in interventional pain management, working alongside Dr. Thomas Synek, MD, in Spring, Texas. There, she assists with ultrasound-guided joint injections, regenerative medicine therapies, and medication management for chronic pain conditions like neuropathy, sciatica, and arthritis.
Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She also served as a charge nurse at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston for ten years. She later worked as a nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine at Sona Med spa for five years.
When she’s not helping patients achieve their wellness goals, Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs and being active in the Spring community.
